Valley Crest

Valley Crest is a nice little subdivsion located on highway 180 just past the museum of Northern Arizona. It consists of homes in size from about 1,500 square feet to just over 2,000 square feet. This neighborhood can be a great alternative to some of the other newer neighborhoods and probably just a bit less expensive! Valley Crest started in 1993 and was mostly built by 1996. I few homes were built after 1996, but just a few.
