University HeightsUniversity Heights is one of the more highly desired neighborhoods in Flagstaff. Along with University Highlands this area has always been popular and continues draw much interest from buyers. University Heights was first started in the mid 1970's. Most of the construction continued throughout the next ten years, but there are a few pockets in University Heights that have homes that are less than 5 years old. Many of the lots in University heights are quite large for Flagstaff, often times over 1/3 of an acre. Much of this area is heavily treed with ponderosa pine trees. Homes in University Heights range in size from around 1200 sq feet to over 3000 sq feet.
University Heights also has some newer townhomes. They were built in the mid-late 1990's. Many of the townhomes are rentals for students attending the nearby colleges.
