Flagstaff Meadows is a great new neighborhood just west of Flagstaff. Bellemont is 10 miles west of Flagstaff on I-40 so its a quick drive. Flagstaff Meadows was started in 2002 with construction by two builders, Empire Homes and TGC custom development. Flagstaff Meadows offers a great park with basketball courts, a grass field, and playground equipment. Along the north side of the neighborhood the properties border National Forest Service.
There is a second phase that is planned for Flag Meadows which will add a lot more homes in the next few years. There are also commercial lots available near Flagstaff Meadows which will likely end up being a supermarket sometime in the future.
