All data pulled is from zillow.com. The most important caveat is that zillow pulls data from Comparable Sold properties only. I know, your house has things that the comps don't reflect, and the comps have things your house doesn't. Zillow is generally quite accurate for condos, townhomes, and homes that are very similar to the others in the neighborhood. If you don't fall in that category zillow may be off in its estimation. I've seen zillow $400,000 low and over $100,000 high. Please take this into consideration, zillow is not a home valuation, it is a mathematical quantification based on other sales, only!
