Lockett Park
Lockett Park is a great neighborhood in the northwest part of Flagstaff. It is a fairly new subdivision starting construction on the homes in 2003. The homes in this area are somewhat high end generally over 2,500 square feet. Lot sizes are between 8,000 square feet and 1/3 acre. Lockett Park is not a large subdivision but there are normally a couple of homes on the market at any given time. There are also a number of undeveloped lots, inquire if your interested in those.
Lockett Park also has some newer townhomes. They were built in the late 1990's. These townhomes make great second homes!
