Cheshire
Cheshire is a great neighborhood that is just in the city limits in the northwest corner of Flagstaff. It has probably the most spectacular views of the San Fransisco Peaks in Flagstaff. Cheshire is very near numerous trails, forest, and is a few miles closer to Snowbowl than the rest of Flagstaff. Cheshire also has its own public park.Cheshire was started in the early 70's, but has some homes are are much new in the south portion.
Most of the lots in Cheshire are fairly small, but there are a few larger lots. You won't find more than a handful of vacant lots in Cheshire.
Cheshire also has some newer townhomes. They were built in the late 1990's. These townhomes make great second homes!
